Where you’ve seen her: Working behind the desk of the Wellness Centre.

Mars’ Hill: How long have you been working at TWU?
Sandy Schellenberg: I am in my 7th year

MH: What do you enjoy about working in the Wellness Centre?
SS: I love interacting with the students.    Because I work in the counselling department I see many students working on issues – which we all have – and see amazing results.  It is so rewarding.  You students are awesome!  I feel so privileged to be able to work with the students.

MH: What’s your favourite pastime?
SS: I love the outdoors.  I love being active. I love walking, running, playing tennis and biking with my husband.  In summer I did a mini triathlon, which was fun.

MH: What did you do before coming to TWU?
SS: I was able to be a stay-at-home mom.

MH: Any advice for students?
SS: Don’t sweat it if you don’t know exactly what direction you are going.  Life is a process.  Just do your best and enjoy TWU.
