“I came to Trinity intending to change the world. Long-term I am probably headed into pastoral ministry of some sort. A year ago a drunken homeless man told me I was going to be a pastor, and now I think I believe him. So in May I’m attending a ministry training class at Tierra Nueva.” – Paul Foth

“When I was a little kid I wanted to be a maid, but my dad said no, so then I decided I wanted to be a missionary. Trinity has definitely changed what being a missionary looks like for me. When I graduate I plan on doing a Disipleship Training School with Youth With a Mission in Kona, Hawaii.” – Andrea Lambert

“When I was a wee lass, my siblings and I planned to turn our house into a pet shop. We were going to keep the puppies in the closet, the frogs in the shower and the goldfish in the kitchen sink. In April I’ll graduate with a BS in Multidisciplinary Social Sciences and will have the Human Services certificate completed. Maybe I will still get a goldfish.” – Marlae Joy Vermeer

“When I was a freshman, I wanted to go to medical school. Trinity Western helped me fall in love with the humanities. Now I plan to go to law school.” – Jesse Dunning

“What am I planning to do after graduation? I hate that question.” – Rebecca Hey

“As a kid, I thought I would travel the world and get married. And of course become instantly rich. How is it different now? Now I think I will be working and struggling between ideals and reality in terms of friendships and adventures. And I will be really poor.” – Janessa Sheppard

“When I was a kid, I thought for sure I would be Indiana Jones. It hasn’t happened yet, but he is getting old and will need a replacement soon. Now, I’m going to law school, but I think Indy would still be proud.” – Lyndsey Delamont

“I am looking into doing an apprenticeship in stage management at a local theatre near my home. I would also like to browse for some reputable and high-powered agents in my area, as I wish to pursue a career in Show Biz. Watch out for me Trinity and world, I may be on the Big Screen someday. Before I start working, my family and I are traveling to Senegal and France for the summer.” – Anne Youm

“I went into the nursing program with plans to be a pediatric nurse. Halfway through my education, however, I discovered Emergency nursing. I love the pace, the high turnover, and the variety of things I get to see. I’m spending the summer doing nursing at a Bible camp, so I get the best of both worlds.” – Caitlin Bergman

“As a child, I wanted to be a nurse, until I realized that I would have to work night shifts – and I like my sleep. When I was a freshman I thought that I was going to be an elementary school teacher. I have always known that I wanted to work in a field where I would be interacting with people.” – Rebecca Shellborn

“When I started as a freshman, I was in Art with hopes of being an architect. Now I am in ICRS going into full– time ministry in North America. Very different spheres of lifestyle.” – Natalie Noel

“Ever since I was young, I’ve felt a calling to the visual arts. I thought I would become a wildlife painter. Then in grade 12, I was introduced to photography. I became fascinated by this medium. I decided to take a lane change on my highway of artistic exploration. My current goals, God willing, are to keep pursuing and building my wedding/portrait photography business. I’m also hoping to pursue missions opportunities with my photography and a possible flight attendant position with West Jet. I may also take a road trip or two.” – Stefan Matis

“When I was a kid I thought I was going to be a fashion designer or a teacher (and get my masters in English). After grad I’m heading to Cambodia for two months to teach English and art, work in prison ministry and with women leaving the sex trade. When I get back I’ll be teaching art to kids and working at a church as a worship arts pastor intern. I’m still planning on doing my masters, but in studio art not English.” – Alysha Creighton
