A new season has begun, a season where it comes down to every single game. It is a season where you have one shot at each game and therefore, must show up to play at every game. I am excited for this new, or rather, second, season. Playoffs are right around the corner, well actually, they are this week.

This past weekend we played TRU and clinched a host spot for the first round of the playoffs. After our game, we learned the art of “beaking” which, in turn, played a minimal part at helping our guys’ team also clinch a host spot for this following weekend.

On Thursday, we have our first game against the U of A Pandas. We split with them earlier in the season and they are actually hosting Nationals, which guarantees them a ticket to Nationals. We need all the fans we can get to put these pandas crawling back to Edmonton.

Therefore I am entrusting this job up to you. We encourage signs, dressing up, beaking (as long as we do so in a Christ-like manner haha) and just good old support. Come watch as we take on the U of A Pandas this Thursday. Hope to see you there. Lata.
